TAPCO DEBIT CARD FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Why do I have to get a new card? The current program has been discontinued with the program manager. The bonus commission program has been moved to a new card provider.

When will I receive my new card? The first mailing will be on or about May 15, 2019 with a projected delivery date within 10-12 business days. If you are signing up on or after May 15, 2019 please allow 10-12 business days for your card to arrive.

Will my funds transfer from my old card? No, but you have options. You can: 1-Continue to use your card until the funds are exhausted. 2-Call Money Network at 1-888-913-0900 and request a check. 3-Using your account pin, withdraw the funds at your ATM. 4-Use the counter checks supplied with your card to close the account.

What if my old card expires before I finish using up the funds? You will need to contact Money Network at 1-888-913-0900.

Why do I have go through the signup process again? For security reasons your personal information is not shared between program managers.

How much can be placed on my card before I need to report my earnings? All payments are commission income to you. Please consult with your tax professional regarding how to report your commission income.

Who is the new card program manager? Global Cash Card, Inc. is the program manager for the new TAPCO Debit card.

When are funds applied to my card? Your TAPCO Debit Card account will be funded once a policy you have bound with TAPCO Underwriters, Inc. has been issued.

Will I be notified when my Card is funded? Yes, you will receive an email from ADP the day the card is funded with the Tapco policy number included.

How do I update my profile? You may log in to your account at www.globalcashcard.com or contact Global Cash Card Customer Service at 1-866-395-9200.

If my Money Network card is lost or stolen, what do I do? Call Money Network® Customer Service at 1-888-913-0900 immediately to report a lost or stolen card, and to order a replacement.

I don’t remember my Global Cash Card Username or Password, how do I reset it? Go to www.globalcashcard.com, select Login/Sign up and click on Forgot your username or password.

Are there any fees associated with my card? Fees associated with your account are set forth in the Global Cash Card Fee Schedule provided with your card. Fees may change in accordance with the terms of the Global Cash Card cardholder agreement. How do I register my Tapco debit Card? You will activate your card by dialing the card service center number on the card and following the user prompts.

Where can I use my Tapco Debit Card? You can use the Global Cash Card at virtually any ATM and wherever VISA is accepted.

Can I withdraw cash from ATMs? Yes, you can use your Card to withdraw cash from ATM’s. Some types of ATMs withdrawals may be surcharge-free or even completely free of charge when you use “in-network ATMs” such as those in the Allpoint and Money Pass Networks –Fees and Transaction Limits may apply.
